Janie Lancaster visited our school on November 3rd. She is the author of "Julie & The Lost Fairy Tal," which is a 15 chapter children's serial story that recently appeared in the Olean Times Herald. Mrs. Lancaster presented an excellent assembly program for all of the students in grades 3 - 5. This assembly program introduced our students to the world of a writer. Later in the morning Mrs. Lancaster presented a Writer's Workshop to a small group of students. They appear in the top picture with her. |
