Wellsville CSD

Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR)

The following information is provided for the District's APPR process. Documents are stored here to help assist teachers and administration. The District's Board of Education approved both the Teacher and Principal APPR Plan's on Tuesday, October 23, 2012. The State of New York Education Department approved of Wellsville CSD's APPR plan on December 6, 2012. (Each Plan is viewable from the "APPR Docs and Forms" Folder below).

The District will be using the following Teacher and Principal Rubrics for evaluation and professional development purposes.

Teachers: The Framework for Teaching (2011 Revised Danielson-Teachscape Edition).

Principals: Marzano's School Administrators Rubric

Documents used in Teacher evaluation are located within the "APPR Docs and Forms" Folder below. This includes: Danielson-Teachscape Observation form, Walkthrough form, the Lesson Template form and Post Observation form.

Verifying Teacher-Student Data Linkage (TSDL)

The following information provides additional information and resources for creating, accessing and verifying data and information using the Student Information Repository System (SIRS)

Teachers and principals required to report and verify TSDL information for the 2011-12 school year must meet the June 1, 2012 deadline.
